2020 WWE Hall Of Fame Predictions

The WWE Hall of Fame takes place every year. We get to celebrate some of the biggest stars in the history of the wrestling business and it is always a fun night. Here are our predictions for who will be inducted into the 2020 WWE Hall of Fame class. We also take a guess at who will induct them.

2020 WWE Hall of Fame Predictions

8) The NWO (Hulk Hogan, Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, and Sean Waltman)

— Confirmed

WWE has officially confirmed that the NWO will be going into the 2020 WWE Hall of Fame class.

WWE is choosing to recognize 4 members of the faction. That will be Hulk Hogan, Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, and Sean Waltman. All four men have been inducted in the past. Hall, Nash, and Hogan went in as individuals. Waltman went in as a member of D-Generation X.

I don’t think that anyone will argue against the NWO deserving a spot in the WWE Hall of Fame. They are arguably the greatest faction of all time and played a major role in the Monday Night Wars between the WWF and WCW. It seems a bit odd that Waltman is being included though. I think that most people think of Hall, Nash, and Hogan when they think of the NWO.

Who will induct them?

  • Eric Bischoff would make a lot of sense as he was in charge of WCW during that time. He is my early pick to induct them.

7) Batista

— Confirmed

Batista has been officially confirmed for the 2020 WWE Hall of Fame class. His induction makes a ton of sense as he wrestled his final match at Wrestlemania 35.

There is no denying that Batista has a resume worthy of the WWE Hall of Fame. He is a four-time World Heavyweight Champion and a two-time WWE Champion. He has also held the Tag Team Titles a few times and won the Royal Rumble match twice (2005 and 2014).

This induction also makes a ton of sense for WWE. Batista is a major name in Hollywood these days, so this will get them some extra publicity for the Hall of Fame ceremony.

Who will induct him:

  • Batista took to Twitter and said that he wants Fit Finlay to induct him. That appears to be who it will be.

6) Vader

— Prediction

It’s Time! It’s Vader Time! I think that it is time for Vader to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. When asking fans who should be inducted, his name usually comes up in the conversation.

Vader achieved much of his success outside of the WWE but as we have seen over the past few years, it doesn’t really matter anymore. Vader is known as one of the best big men of all-time and had a fantastic career around the Globe.

Mick Foley in a post on Facebook gave 4 reasons why Vader should be in the Hall of Fame and we agree with him:

  • “1) He drew more money, with a wider variety of opponents, for different promotions, on a global basis, than just about any of his contemporaries.
  • 2) He brought out the best in his opponents. Vader “paid it forward” by bringing out the very best in some of the greatest stars of his time, and of all time.
  • 3) His matches stand the test of time. No matter what trends the business may go through, Vader’s believable brawling, combined with his impressive athleticism will never go out of style.
  • 4) He was able to turn a 6’4, 300 pound maniac with a penchant for pain into a sympathetic underdog.”

With Vader passing away in 2018, this will be a posthumous induction. It is a damn shame that he wasn’t around to enjoy it.

Who will induct him? Mick Foley seems like a good choice based on their past with one another.
