Class Act Chris Jericho Donates Entire GoFundMe Goal For Former Wrestler: Rex King Who Passed Away

Former WWE and WCW wrestler: Timothy Smith passed away on January 9th, 2017. You might recognize him by his ring-names: Rex King or Timothy Well. He was one half of the tag team; Well Done, that competed in the WWF from 1993 to 1995.

A GoFundMe account was launched by the family in order to help with costs for his funeral. The goal was set at $2,500.

Wrestling fans coming across the page might have recognized a familiar name giving a big donation. Turns out, it was Chris Jericho, who donated using his real-name. Jericho donated the entire $2,500, completing the goal for the family.

He signed it as:

“Rex was a good guy who was always good to me! Hopefully he has found peace and is with the Lord now. -CJ”
