Eva Marie hasn’t been seen on WWE television since August when it was announced that she violated the WWE Wellness Policy. There was a rumor several weeks ago that Eva was leaving WWE but there has been no official word from the company.
Eva has found success outside of the wrestling business and will be featured in a few movies in 2017. All indications seem to be that she won’t be returning to the wrestling business.
So how come WWE hasn’t made the news of her departure official?
According to a report from PWInsider, both Eva and WWE are staying quiet on the situation and letting her contract expire. She is still contractually required to promote Total Divas, where she plays a big role. She will be officially departing ways with WWE when her contract runs out.
As of right now, there are no details on when exactly her deal expires. This is only an assumption from us but her departure could be made official after this season of Total Divas is finished airing. We will have to wait and see.

Eva was certainly someone who wrestling fans loved to hate. She seemed to be improving inside of the ring before her suspension and was a heat magnet. It looks like we won’t get to see a conclusion to this.
