NXT ran a show in San Antonio, Texas on Thursday night. Thanks to @stevenruiz40 for sending us the results of the show. The event was headlined by Finn Balor and Shinsuke Nakamura taking on Samoa Joe and Bobby Roode in a tag team match. Sounds like NXT San Antonio was a great show and a great night!!!
NXT San Antonio Results:
Mojo Rawley vs Murphy with Mojo winning
Bayley and Carmella defeated Daria Berenato and Mandy Rose.
Hideo Itami vs Austin Aries. Hideo won.
Wesley Blake vs Andrade Cien Almas. Blake won and was kind of the face because he’s from San Antonio.
The Revival vs Johny Gargano and Tomaso Ciampa for the NXT tag titles. This was a fantastic match and it stole the show. Gargano and Ciampa won after a DQ because Dawson pulled the ref out of the ring to break up a pin.
Then we had Nia Jax and Asuka and they worked the match the same way they did at Takeover “The End”. It was for the title so Asuka retained.
The main event was a tag match with Balor and Nakamura vs Somoa joe and Bobby Roode. They absolutely brought the house down and Balor got the pin on Roode with a Coup de Grace.
Overall a fantastic show but the match of the night was definitely The Revival vs Gargano and Ciampa. They did a lot of impressive stuff.
