Luke Harper and Erick Rowan are two names that haven’t been used on WWE Television in several months. Many fans have been asking where they are and why they aren’t being used.
Ryan Satin had an interesting comment on the latest episode of ‘the Sheet Podcast’, which sheds some light on why we haven’t seen these two since their match at Backlash (against one another).
Satin says that he has heard there could be some plans in place to repackage Luke Harper and Eric Rowan. This is the reason why they haven’t been used on WWE television for a while.
According to Satin, both of them could be getting a new look and attitude. The reason for this would be in order to distance them from any association with the Wyatt Family. WWE fans know Harper and Rowan mostly as former Wyatt Family members and they are in a weird spot now that they have split from Bray Wyatt.
Satin says that this isn’t 100% but it is something that he has heard. Something to certainly keep our eyes on over the next few months to see if they appear on Smackdown Live with a new gimmick.
Rowan was using a clown gimmick at live events several months ago so maybe it could be related to that in some way? Or maybe it will be something completely different. We will have to wait and see if it pans out. Regardless, we hope that both guys are used on Smackdown soon!
