WWE’s Value Rises After UFC’s 4 Billion Dollar Sale, How Much It Could Sell For

As you likely have heard by now, the UFC was bought by WME-IMG a couple days ago. The sale was for a reported $4 billion dollars. This is obviously a HUGE amount of money but had me thinking about how much the WWE would be worth if it were to sell on the open market. The WWE isn’t as big as the UFC is right now but would certainly still bring in a good chunk of change if it were to sell. Here is what the WWE’s value is after the UFC sale.

According to a report from The Wrap, the WWE could be valued as high as 3.4 billion if it were to sell today. The article does state that they don’t believe Vince has any intention of selling the company so it is just to see what the company is worth right now. Since the UFC sale, WWE shares have reportedly rose 5% and will likely rise a bit more.

It is always interesting to see what a company like the WWE is worth. The WWE has a successful brand that they have been running for many years. The WWE Network is successful and seems to be growing everyday. The WWE also kills it with their social media/ Youtube stuff that has a ton of followers.

Let’s all be honest though, Vince McMahon will never sell the company and is going to live forever. Interesting to see the WWE’s value though moving forward and if it will continue to rise. Hopefully with the upcoming brand split, the WWE can do even more to raise the value of their company and keep fans entertained!
