Last week saw an incredible WWE Women’s championship match between Sasha Banks and Charlotte on RAW. We also saw Finn Balor earn the right to face Seth Rollins for Summerslam. Last weeks RAW was widely regarded as the best in years and the WWE is looking to build off of it. It looks like the August 1st RAW from Atlanta, Georgia has a big surprise lined up.

According to PWInsider, Brock Lesnar is returning to RAW this week. Lesnar hasn’t been seen on WWE television since Wrestlemania 32 where he beat Dean Ambrose. He will be joined by Paul Heyman. Lesnar has been in the news lately after failing a drug test after his fight at UFC 200 against Mark Hunt a couple weeks ago.
There was also some rumors about Paul Heyman not re-signing with the WWE after his contract ran out but it looks like the WWE and him have come to terms.

Lesnar is set to face Randy Orton at Summerslam on August 21st and his appearance on RAW is likely to build that. Orton made a comment at Battleground about Lesnar’s ‘enhancement’, so it will be interesting to hear his response.
