Stephanie McMahon and Mick Foley made the announcement prior to the WWE Draft that there would be a RAW Cruiserweight division. It has been confirmed that the RAW Cruiserweight division will begin in two weeks (September 19th). The WWE has been slowly adding names and we are at a total of 10 confirmed.

Here are the names confirmed so far for the RAW Cruiserweight division:
- Tommaso Ciampa
- Johnny Gargano
- Brian Kendrick
- Rich Swann,
- Cedric Alexander
- Noam Dar
- Jack Gallagher
- Gran Metalik
- Akira Tozawa
- T.J Perkins
All of these names have participated in the WWE Cruiserweight Classic.

No word yet if members of the RAW roster (like Neville) will be included or it will be strictly a separate entity. Also, no word yet on if the WWE will be adding more names to this list in the next two weeks but we can assume yes.
