Here Are Some Possible Storylines Post-WWE Clash Of Champions

WWE Clash Of Champions is in the books. We saw a new WWE United States Champion crowned as Roman Reigns defeated Rusev. We saw Kevin Owens retain his WWE Universal Title after defeating Seth Rollins with some help from his buddy Chris Jericho. Below is where I think the WWE could be heading next with their storylines.

The New Day and the Tag Titles.

• The New Day are about to pass 400 days on their WWE Tag Title reign. If I had to guess, the WWE is keeping them as champions until they surpass Demolition’s record of 478 days. Xavier Woods used the trombone to help the New Day pick up the win, which means the Club will get a rematch.

Roman Reigns and the WWE United States title. 

• Rusev will get his rematch as is in his contract. I personally think Reigns is going to go on a lengthy title run. Possibly even bring back the open challenges like Cena use to do. This would keep him out of the main title picture and helps him win over some fans in the process.

WWE Universal Title. 

• With Chris Jericho helping out Kevin Owens (and also winning his match against Sami Zayn earlier), I am guessing something is happening with him in the main event picture. I think one of Owens and Jericho will turn on each other, leading to Jericho getting a title shot. I am thinking Seth is also included (as he was screwed out of the title again). This would set up Seth vs Jericho vs Owens at Hell in A Cell.

Sheamus vs Cesaro

• I am more worried about seeing if Cesaro is injured or not. Guessing we will see another match between them though.

Not sure where the Women’s division will go. Will Nia Jax move her way into the title picture? Who will Charlotte defend her title against? Dana vs Charlotte and Sasha vs Bayley?
