The 10 Longest WWE Hardcore Title Reigns Of All Time

The WWE Hardcore Title was introduced back in 1998 when Vince McMahon awarded the belt to Mankind. The title is most famous for the “24/7 rule”, a regulation stating that the title could be defended anywhere at any time as long as a referee was present. This lead to a lot of title changes in a short period of time. The title was discontinued in 2002. Below are the longest WWE Hardcore Title reigns of all time.

Note*** This is single title reigns and not combined reigns.

10) Rhyno – 34 days

  • On the April 17, 2001 edition of Smackdown, Rhyno defeated Kane to win the WWE Hardcore Title. He held it for 34 days which was the longest of his 3 Hardcore title reigns.

9) Al Snow – 35 days

  • The British Bulldog awarded the Hardcore title to Al Snow on Smackdown on September 7th, 1999. His reign turned out to be the second longest of his career.

8) Test – 36 days

  • Test won the title on the January 17th, 2000 episode of Monday Night RAW. He lost the title to Crash Holly 36 days later, which also began the 24/7 title defense rule.
