Conor McGregor made history on Saturday night by defeating Eddie Alvarez for the UFC Lightweight Championship. By doing so, he became the first person to ever hold 2 belts at once since he is already the Featherweight Champion. McGregor’s larger than live personality have many people saying that he would make a perfect fit in the professional wrestling world.

According to the latest Wrestling Observer Radio (subscribe at F4WOnline.com), the WWE brass REALLY want McGregor for an appearance on WWE TV.
McGregor is an explosive trash-talker and one of the biggest stars in the world, so it makes sense that they would have interest. He also carries with him a massive fan base that follow his every move. If he were to make an appearance on WWE TV, you can be assured that ratings would certainly go up for that show.

McGregor made news earlier this year when he trashed the WWE roster, saying that he would whoop them all. This angered a lot of guys in the locker room and many took to social media to respond. If McGregor were to make an appearance, they would have seeds planted already for a storyline.

In my opinion unless WWE decides to match Conor’s asking price then Conor ain’t appearing on WWE TV and I honestly don’t believe WWE will open up that checkbook and write probably one of there biggest checks of all time just to get Conor
conor is a tough read. conor is a shrewd businessman. he might do it for the right dollar amount. then again, he might not do it because it might give him some heat amongst the UFC purists. the AGAIN, he might not care about heat or even what the fans think. he cares about the money and the game. he’s a hard character to read, and its hard to tell what he values most because he is such an anomaly.
I agree with everything you said but I think WWE’s best way to use Conor is in a Mike Tyson WM 14 role cause all of the guys who I think Conor can face is on Smackdown plus Conor is not exactly PG and I don’t want to see Conor handcuffed cause when you hear him talk he’s awesome with no handcuffs and restrictions
