The November 21st RAW was the first show after the Survivor Series PPV. The show featured fallout from the event, including Goldberg announcing that he would be entering the 2017 Royal Rumble match. The episode was also headlined by Kevin Owens vs Seth Rollins for the WWE Universal Championship in a no disqualification match. Chris Jericho and Roman Reigns were banned from ringside.

According to Showbuzzdaily.com, the November 21st RAW drew 3.002 million viewers. This is a boost from last weeks show that drew 2.876 million viewers.
Here is the hourly breakdown for the November 21st RAW:
- Hour 1 – 3.137 million viewers.
- Hour 2 – 3.097 million viewers.
- Hour 3 – 2.772 million viewers.

As you can see, the third hour took a big hit. This was a bit odd considering the match that headlined was for the WWE Universal Championship. Fans have seen Seth vs Owens a lot lately so some fans might have justified turning off the tv.
Pretty solid numbers for the show. Many fans likely tuned in to see what was next for Goldberg after his dominating win against Brock Lesnar at Survivor Series. Have to imagine that these numbers will likely drop next week.
Pretty solid for RAW to hit over 3 million viewers. They would like to stick around that number but have been dipping around 2.6 to 2.9 range for the majority of the year after the brand split.
