Sasha Banks won the RAW Women’s Championship in a falls count anywhere match against her longtime rival: Charlotte. This marked the 3rd title change between these two in the past 2 months, leading to some fans complaining about WWE treating the title as a ‘hot potato’. Other fans enjoyed the match between the two ladies and liked the unpredictability of it all.

This week on RAW, Sasha challenged Charlotte to an IronMan match and it was accepted. The WWE announced that at Roadblock: End Of The Line, Charlotte and Sasha will face off in a 30 minute IronMan match for the RAW Women’s Championship.
Even though this will be the first IronMan match on the main roster between two females, Sasha and Bayley already had one at NXT Takeover: Respect.
According to the latest Wrestling Observer Live (subscribe here), the original plan was not for an IronMan match. Charlotte and Sasha were reportedly pushing for a ladder match at the event. WWE officials also wanted to do a steel cage match but decided against it.

We can assume that WWE nixed the steel cage match because of the recent Hell in a Cell clash between them. Also, the ladder match was probably changed because of the recent Tables, Ladders and Chairs PPV event that featured a ladder match and a TLC match.
There are rumors circulating right now that Roadblock will actually be the end of the line for the Charlotte vs Sasha feud. WWE wants to start building up some of their other female talent as we head into 2017. We have seen WWE change their minds in the past so take this with a grain of salt.
