According to the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter (subscribe here), Kurt Angle has reportedly told independent promotions that he is no longer taking bookings and that he is WWE bound.
Dave Meltzer was asked on Twitter about Angle returning in 6 months:

It is also being reported that WWE sources have denied the claim.
There are a few things that could be happening here. This report could be spot on and WWE wants to keep it a secret until a big moment. Or this could be one of the many Angle to WWE rumors that float around every year.
Until we know more, we need to keep this tagged as a rumor.
