Smackdown LIVE Defeats RAW In Viewership Numbers For The First Time Since Brand Split, John Cena Comments

This weeks episode of Smackdown Live featured a LOADED show titled: Wild Card Finals. Smackdown put their best foot forward to close out 2016 with 3 title matches and the return of John Cena. The show featured the Smackdown Women’s, Tag Team and WWE World Championship all on the line in a great episode.

It looks like Smackdown Live was finally able to defeat RAW in the ratings battle! This weeks episode of RAW drew 2.855 million viewers. This weeks episode of Smackdown drew 2.885 million, giving the blue brand the narrow victory!

Not a surprise considering how loaded of a show this was. Felt like a mini-PPV event on Tuesday. Hopefully Smackdown can keep the momentum going and remain close to RAW as we head into 2017! Happy that it finally happened for the blue brand!
