Samoa Joe was recently interviewed by Helen Yee of Eyes On The Game. During the interview he spoke on a wide variety of topics. One of the most intriguing parts was when he was asked about CM Punk’s reaction to his recent call-up to the WWE main roster.

CM Punk and Joe have been friends for a number of years. They have put on several fantastic matches against one another.
In the interview, Joe says that Punk was a guy that campaigned very hard to get him a chance in WWE. He says that they have a relationship like brothers where they always fight but they still remain close.
When he told him that he was getting called up to RAW, Punk’s response was:
“Of course you did, now that I’m not there anymore”.
When asked about a future match against CM Punk, he says that the funny thing about wrestling is that nothing is ever impossible. We will have to wait and see.
