WWE News: David Otunga To Be Absent On RAW For The Next 6 Weeks

David Otunga was recently acquired by Monday Night RAW in the ‘Superstar Shake-Up’. He will be switching places with Byron Saxton, who moved to Smackdown Live as a part of the deal. Otunga will be joining Michael Cole and Corey Graves on Monday Nights.

If you are not a fan of Otunga, you are in luck. Otunga will be absent from the next 6 episodes of Monday Night RAW.

Otunga will be filming a new movie titled: ‘Katrina’

“The former WWE Tag Team Champion’s debut alongside Michael Cole and Corey Graves will be delayed for six weeks, as he has been cast in the lead role of an action film with the working title “Katrina,” WWE.com has confirmed. “Katrina” is set in 2005 New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina, and stars Otunga as edgy DEA agent James “World” Lawson”

After shooting is completed, he will be returning to the RAW announce team.
