Jeff Jarrett spoke at the GFW media conference on Wednesday. He was asked about the status of the ‘Broken’ gimmick and if the Hardy’s had purchased it from them. Jarrett’s answer was simply: “No they haven’t”. He says that GFW still owns the trademark. The Hardy’s did a ton of teasing on Monday Night RAW this week, leading many fans to believe that a deal was in place between both sides.

Reby Hardy was not too thrilled with the comments from Jarrett. She revealed that a deal was in place between both sides last week.
