As you probably already know, the situation between the Hardy’s and Impact Wrestling has been interesting (to say the least). We have heard both sides speak publicly about ownership of the ‘Broken’ gimmick but they still haven’t been able to work something out. Reby Hardy tweeted that a deal was in place between both sides last week but Impact failed to close.

Matt responded to the tweet, saying that the Hardy’s have been willing to end the issues between both sides. He was met with a fan saying that he betrayed Impact wrestling.
Here was the interaction and Matt’s response:

Matt responded and explained why he actually left Impact:
No, I left cuz @RealJeffJarrett tried to screw me out of money on my deal after everything I did to help & keep TNA afloat in 2016. FACT.

This tweeter is ridiculous… The Hardy’s don’t owe TNA anything. Once their contract is up, they are free to do whatever they want. They made a business decision.
