Over the past several weeks, fans have seen Dolph Ziggler mock the entrances of popular WWE stars on Smackdown Live. So far, we have seen him mock the entrances of: John Cena, Naomi, Macho Man Randy Savage, Bayley, the Ultimate Warrior and Shane McMahon.

Many fans have been confused about what exactly is happening with Ziggler’s new gimmick and where it is leading to. Let’s take a stab at it..
A popular theory going around is that all of this mocking of entrances will be leading to a certain opponent for Ziggler to face at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View…..
That person would be Bobby Roode, someone who has one of the most beloved entrances on the roster today.
It would make sense as a first big feud for Roode on Smackdown Live. WWE used Ziggler as Shinsuke Nakamura’s first feud on the main roster and I think it could be a similar situation here.
Ziggler has been mocking all of the entrances and saying that he is the best at what he does inside of the ring. I think this is a way to get Roode over for having more than a great entrance theme. Once he faces (and defeats) Ziggler, it will help showcase that he is also great inside of the ring.
I can’t really think of any other reason for this storyline other than a way to help elevate Booby Roode. If you have other suggestions, we would like to hear them in the comment section below.
