Rumors circulated last week about Nia Jax taking a “leave of absence” from WWE. A few days later, it was reported that Nia would be returning to the ring at the beginning of November for the WWE’s European tour, making her leave only a short-term thing.

According to a new report from Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated, we know the reason for Jax’s “leave of absence”.
Barrasso says that Nia “balked” at the idea of losing cleanly to Sasha Banks at the Tables, Ladders and Chairs Pay-Per-View.
According to the report, she called her cousin: Dwayne ‘the Rock’ Johnson for advice. The report claims that “Johnson encouraged her to walk away if she was unhappy”.
It does appear though that things are sorted out between her and WWE since she is reportedly returning on November 1st.
Nia isn’t the only one frustrated with WWE recently, rumors suggest that Neville is on his way out of the company. WWE recently removed him from the intro of 205 Live, which gives us a big hint on his future.
