UPDATE: Sin Cara Showed off A Graphic Photo Of The Injury

WWE ran a live event in Madrid, Spain on Sunday. Baron Corbin defended his WWE United States Championship against Sin Cara and Sami Zayn. During the match, it looks like Sin Cara suffered some sort of leg injury. He had to be checked on by the referee and the match finished awkwardly.
