Clash of Champions will be the first WWE Pay-Per-View after Survivor Series. The event takes place on December 17th at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. It will be a Smackdown Live exclusive show.

We have an update on what the main event of the show will be.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider is reporting that he has confirmed that the main event of Clash of Champions will be Jinder Mahal vs AJ Styles for the WWE Championship.
WWE was originally advertising that Jinder vs Styles would happen on the November 21st edition of Smackdown Live. On Tuesday morning, fans began to speculate that the match was called off because WWE didn’t include the match in their preview for Smackdown. It looks like WWE has changed their minds and will be saving this match until the Pay-Per-View. Or, Jinder wins the belt tonight and AJ gets his rematch at Clash of Champions.
Giving some more credence to this match being nixed from Smackdown Live, WWE posted a video of Jinder, saying: “very soon I will become two-time WWE Champion. So when and where the Modern Day Maharaja re-invokes his rematch clause has yet to be seen, but I promise you that there will be gold around this waist very soon.”
