News On The RAW 25 Format And Plans

The 25th anniversary of Monday Night RAW will air on January 22nd. The show already has a ton of big names confirmed. This includes the Undertaker, ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin, Shawn Michaels and more.

The show will be broadcast from two arenas, the Manhattan Center and the Barclays Center. So how will it work? Here are some details on the format for the show and some of the plans.

Wrestling INC is reporting that the show will run for approximately one hour in the Manhattan Center and two hours from the Barclays Center.

The Manhattan Center box office is advertising the show in that building from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm (EST). It looks like that means the first hour of RAW (8:00 EST), will be mostly from the Manhattan Center location. As for fans inside of the Barclays Center, it looks like they will be getting dark matches while the show is going on in the Manhattan Center.

It also looks like most legends will be at the Manhattan Center, while the current roster will be at the Barclays. Wrestling INC’s report says that it isn’t out of the question for some to appear in both buildings. They say that: “Superstars making double appearances is being prepared and written for”.
