Dr. Chris Amann (who works for WWE) is asking for $1 million in damages for comments made about him from CM Punk. This was from Punk’s appearance on Colt Cabana’s podcast back in 2014. Amann is suing both Punk and Cabana.

For those who don’t remember, Punk ripped Amann during the podcast. This included saying that he failed to properly treat him over a growth on his lower back.
We have the latest news to share with you about the lawsuit.
According to a report from Pro Wrestling Sheet, the trial between Punk, Cabana, and Amann has been delayed. The trial was originally supposed to begin this week.
The report says that it was delayed because both sides are discussing a potential settlement.
Punk is currently preparing for his next fight at UFC 225 on June 9 in Chicago.
