Billy Gunn Talks About His Apology To Triple H, RAW 25 Feeling Rushed

Billy Gunn was recently interviewed by Chris Van Vliet. During the interview, he spoke about apologizing to Triple H for some of his past comments about him in public. Also, the DX reunion at RAW 25 feeling a bit rushed.

Gunn on apologizing to Triple H for some of his past comments in interviews about him:

“Oh of course I did. It was mostly for me because a lot of it was in my recovery program from being an addict. So a lot of it came from that but I don’t blame it on that at all because all my actions and everything I did were me. It’s more or less so I don’t feel guilty. I felt bad for saying all of those things because everything I said was not true, so I just wanted to clear the air. Like if I do something to you and I feel bad about it, I’ll come back and apologize, you can take it or you don’t have to take it, it’s ok. It’s not selfish, it’s to help me and to stay where I need to stay safe and I’ve been safe for 8 years.”

Billy on the DX reunion at RAW 25 that felt rushed:

“Well you’re looking at the end of the show, they’re trying to go back and forth between two buildings. We’re in the Manhattan Center and of course everybody says they were getting mad but how do you spread all of that out? It’s the 25th anniversary, you want to go back to the place you started, but you can’t have all of the talent there, I don’t know if you’ve been there but it’s little. It was rushed a little bit, but it’s the end of the show and you’re trying to shove 200 talents into a 3 hour show. So yeah, a little rugged.”

Speaking of RAW 25, here were the original plans for Enzo Amore at the show.
