It has been a pretty good week for WWE’s recruiting team. News first broke a few days ago that Io Shirai will be heading over to WWE soon. Shirai is considered by many people as one of the best female wrestlers in the entire world.

WWE has also signed another top female wrestler.
Squared Circle Sirens reports that WWE has signed Deonna Purrazzo to a developmental contract. The site says that she will be reporting to the WWE Performance Center in a few weeks.
Deonna has occasionally appeared on WWE Television over the years. She was an alternate for last years Mae Young Classic and we have to think that she is a candidate to participate in this year’s tournament.
