According to Dave Meltzer in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter (subscribe here), several new WWE signings are expected to start with the company in July. This is barring any last-minute medical issues. Below is a list of all the names who are expected:

Keith Lee – Best known for his work in Ring of Honor (ROH), EVOLVE and Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG). Recently wrestled for WWE during WrestleMania Axxess weekend, defeating Kassius Ohno.
Io Shirai – Considered as one of the best female wrestlers in the world. She is best known for her time in Stardom.
Deonna Purrazzo – Has made numerous WWE appearances over the years. Has also competed for Ring of Honor, Impact Wrestling and Stardom.
Daniel Vidot – Former Australian Rugby player.
Stacey Ervin Jr – Meltzer says that he is the highest caliber gymnast ever in a U.S. wrestling promotion. He is also the boyfriend of U.S Olympian Simone Biles.
Luke Menzies – Former rugby player and independent wrestler from the United Kingdom.
