How Many People Could Attend The WWE PPV In Australia
According to the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the Melbourne Cricket Grounds Stadium in Australia will be set up for a capacity of 70,000 fans. The venue holds 100,000 total. For reference, the Greatest Royal Rumble event held 60,000 people.
Ronda Rousey’s Opponent In MSG
According to the MSG website, Ronda Rousey will face Nia Jax at WWE’s live event at Madison Square Garden in July. Alexa Bliss will be the special guest referee [Note: here is the latest on the Undertaker’s opponents at the event]
Two WWE Stars Missing Smackdown Live
According to the Wrestling Observer, AJ Styles isn’t scheduled for Smackdown Live this upcoming week. This is because he’s in Australia for promotional work. Carmella is also currently in Australia to do promotional work and will be missing Smackdown as well.
Both could still appear in backstage (pre-taped) segments but won’t be on the live show or wrestling.
