According to PWinsider, WWE has filed for the trademark for the term “Top Rope” This is for goods and services, specifically:

“Clothing, namely, tops, shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies; outerwear, namely, coats; bottoms, pants, shorts, underwear, dresses, pajamas, lingerie, clothing ties, scarves, gloves, swimwear; Halloween and masquerade costumes; footwear, namely, shoes, sneakers, slippers, flip flops, boots; headwear, namely, hats, caps; wrist bands; bandanas.”
Goldust Surgery Update
As noted prior, Goldust had surgery on Tuesday. He indicated on Twitter that he had surgery on both of his knees and the surgery went well:

Nikki Cross Update
Nikki Cross wrestled at the Smackdown Live event on Monday night. This caused fans to hope that she was getting called up to the main roster. According to PWInsider, Cross was not backstage at Smackdown Live this week.
