The 2018 edition of the Extreme Rules PPV takes place tonight in Pittsburgh. There is a ton of buzz about the show coming off the news that Hulk Hogan has been reinstated by WWE.

We have a spoiler on the planned main event of the night and a former WWE Superstar backstage.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that the current plan is for Roman Reigns vs Bobby Lashley to be the main event.
Johnson says that Rusev vs AJ Styles will happen in the final hour of the show but won’t headline.
Johnson also says that Rosa Mendes is backstage at the WWE Extreme Rules PPV. It is possible that she is just visiting friends though as she currently lives around the Pittsburgh area.
