We have a big rumor to pass your way for Wrestlemania 38. This has to do with a major return and match that could take place at the event.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful first Tweeted that WWE has contacted Stone Cold Steve Austin about potentially wrestling at Wrestlemania 38. Here is what Sapp wrote:
Fightful Select has learned WWE has made an overture to get Stone Cold Steve Austin for a WrestleMania match.
Dave Meltzer of F4Wonline is also reporting that WWE is discussing Kevin Owens vs Stone Cold for the event:
Kevin Owens vs. Steve Austin could be happening in just a matter of months.
Dave Meltzer is reporting that a match between the two is being discussed for this year’s WrestleMania, which takes place on April 2 and 3 in Arlington, Texas at AT&T Stadium. It would be Austin’s first match since WrestleMania XIX in 2003, where he lost to The Rock.
