Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) More On The Plans For The Rock’s Return
According to Andrew Zarian on the Mat Men Podcast, WWE is planning for The Rock to appear on both RAW and Smackdown when he returns. This comes after rumors that he is expected to return to WWE at Survivor Series.
Here is what Zarian said:
“I can tell you, USA Network tentatively wants him on that Monday. By the way, he’s gonna go everywhere. This isn’t just a RAW storyline. He’s going to go everywhere.”
My Take:
- I am just excited to see The Rock back. I am a big fan and I am sure that he will be amazing on the mic.
4) Buddy Murphy’s Future After WWE
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, AEW has interest in signing Buddy Murphy.
It was also noted by Meltzer that IMPACT Wrestling has interest in signing Murphy.
My Take:
- AEW seems to be signing a lot of great talent as of late. My only fear is that Murphy would get lost in the shuffle, like he did in WWE.
