According to Sean Ross Sapp on Twitter, Johnny Gargano was not injured during his match against Karrion Kross on this week’s episode of NXT.
Here is what Sapp Tweeted:
For those asking, we’re told that Johnny Gargano was fine immediately following tonight’s NXT Title match. He took a nasty bump into a table in the main event
My Take:
- Great to hear that Gargano is okay. That was a nasty bump.
2) Big WWE Update On John Cena (Part 1)
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, John Cena vs Roman Reigns is still the plan for Summerslam.
Here is what Meltzer said:
“The movie thing is not a hurdle. Whatever it is, I don’t know exactly what it is, but the belief is that it’s all going down. The match is happening.”
My Take:
- I have said it a few times already but I am very excited for Roman Reigns vs John Cena. Not even just the match but the entire feud. I can’t wait to see them go toe-to-toe on the mic.
