5) WWE Superstar Gets A New Nickname
According to fans in attendance, Keith Lee used a new nickname before RAW went on the air. He is now being called Keith ‘Bearcat’ Lee.
Here is what F4Wonline.com wrote about it:
Keith Lee was given a new nickname prior to tonight’s Raw.
As he made his way to the ring, he was announced as Keith ‘Bearcat’ Lee. It isn’t known who he faced.
The nickname ‘Bearcat’ may be homage to Bearcat Wright, a pro wrestler from the 1950s and 60s who is a former WWA World Heavyweight Champion. He was posthumously inducted into the Legacy wing of the WWE Hall of Fame in 2017.
My Take:
- Interesting. As long as it gets Keith Lee more TV time, I am happy.
4) Possible Stipulation For Extreme Rules
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, there was a pitch in WWE last week to turn Damian Priest vs Sheamus into a tables match. Here is what Johnson wrote:
There was a pitch last week to make the WWE United States Championship match at this Sunday’s WWE Extreme Rules PPV a Tables match.
WWE added Jeff Hardy into this match on the latest episode of RAW.
My Take:
- A tables match would be fun if it happens.
