3) WWE Dissolves Their Japan Division
According to Game Biz, WWE has dissolved their Japanese division.
Here is what the site wrote:
It turns out that WWE Japan GK has been dissolved. Yesterday (September 1st), all employees (meaning investors) agreed. It was revealed in the “Public Notice of Dissolution” published in the “Government Bulletin” dated today (September 2nd).
It is a Japanese corporation established by the American professional wrestling organization “WWE”. It was running the Japan tournament, but the “WWE Live Japan” scheduled for July 2-4 this year was canceled.
My Take:
- Nothing much to add here. Sad to see people lost their jobs though.
2) Main Roster Producer To Work More In NXT?
According to Sean Ross Sapp on Fightful Select (subscribe here), Jamie Noble has been seen more at the WWE Performance Center as of late. This hints at Nobel playing a bigger role in the new NXT.
Here is what Sapp wrote:
Those that we spoke to have said that they didn’t notice Vince McMahon or Bruce Prichard at the recent set of tapings. However, influential producer Jamie Noble has been said to be around the Performance Center much more often than usual of late.
My Take:
- Jamie Noble has been around for a long time and seems good at his job. Vince McMahon likely wants one of his most trusted guys helping to produce the shows.
