5) Two Upcoming Smackdown Episodes Getting Bumped To FS1
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, the October 15th and October 29th episodes of Smackdown will be moved to FS1. This is due to FOX’s MLB coverage.
Here is what Johnson wrote:
Due to Major League Baseball coverage, FOX will be bumping Friday Night Smackdown to FS1 on Friday 10/15 and Friday 10/29.
My Take:
- Not a huge deal but a heads up for fans.
4) Celebrity Pulled Out Of Summerslam At The Last Minute
According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, Megan Thee Stallion was originally supposed to take part in Summerslam. She ended up bailing at the last minute, with no reason given as to why.
Here is what Sapp wrote:
In addition to that, Fightful learned that Megan Thee Stallion was also planned for a spot involving Bianca Belair for Summerslam. However, WWE sources indicated they WWE thought it was a done deal, but were informed last weekend it wouldn’t be happening. We weren’t given a reason why, and we’ve reached out to Megan Thee Stallion for comment and haven’t heard back.
My Take:
- This would have been fun. Too bad that it didn’t happen.
