Rumor Roundup: Roman Reigns vs Brock Lesnar Plans, Austin Theory’s Big Future, More

3) RAW Switching Networks For Two Weeks

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, RAW is getting moved from the USA Network to Syfy for two weeks. This will be during the upcoming Olympics.

Here is what Johnson wrote:

PWInsider.com has learned that for two weeks in February, WWE’s Monday Night Raw will be bumped off the USA Network to air instead on Syfy.

On Monday 2/7 and Monday 2/14, the USA Network will be airing live coverage of the Winter Olympic Games, requiring Raw to be bumped off its usual home for the first time in decades.

On Monday 2/7, USA will instead air Men’s Figure Skating. On Monday 2/14, the cable network will broadcast Freestyle Skiing.

My Take:

  • Interesting that RAW is getting bumped from their timeslot. Not a major deal because the Olympics are so big but interesting none-the-less.

2) WWE Star Returning Soon

According to Andrew Zarian on The Mat Men Podcast, Asuka “should be cleared now” to return to WWE.

Asuka is someone to watch out for over these next few weeks, especially as we get closer to the Royal Rumble.

My Take:

  • I am excited to see Asuka back. Her against Becky Lynch is still a money match that I want to see.
