Rumor Roundup: The Plans For Brock Lesnar After Wrestlemania 38, Austin Theory’s Future, More

Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.

5) Backstage Note On WWE’s Plans For The Next PPV In Saudi Arabia

According to Andrew Zarian of F4Wonline, WWE will likely be holding the Tables, Ladders and Chairs PPV in Saudi Arabia. This will be in September.

Here is what Meltzer wrote:

WWE will be making its return to Saudi Arabia for a pay-per-view event this September, with it being indicated to us that the PPV will likely be TLC (Tables, Ladders & Chairs) 2022. This comes from the same source that indicated the first WWE pay-per-view in Saudi Arabia this year would be the Elimination Chamber. A specific date for the show has not been confirmed. This would be the first TLC PPV since 2020, as no TLC event was held in 2021.

My Take:

  • It seems like Saudi Arabia is going to getting a bunch of these classic themed PPV events over the next few years. I could see Money and the Bank being next.

4) Backstage Note On Tyson Kidd

According to Sean Ross Sapp on Fightful Select (subscribe here), Tyson Kidd is back working as a producer for WWE.

Here is what Sapp wrote:

Fightful has learned that TJ Wilson, also known as Tyson Kidd is listed as a producer/agent for a match on tonight’s episode of WWE Raw. Wilson hasn’t been listed as a producer since well before the Royal Rumble, which led many to speculate that he was done with the company. However, immediately upon those rumors surfacing, WWE and those close to Wilson insisted that he was not done working there as a producer.

In Kidd’s absence, Molly Holly, Pat Buck and Shawn Daivari shouldered a lot of the production work for women’s segments. Wilson’s work has gained universal acclaim from those that we’ve spoken to who have worked with him.

My Take:

  • This is great news. Kidd is usually behind a lot of the great women’s matches.
