3) Zack Ryder Wins the Intercontinental Championship
This was an awesome moment. Zack Ryder wins the Intercontinental Championship in front of over 100,000 people. I don’t think many people predicted that he would win, which made it that much better of a moment. It was great when his father was allowed to come into the ring and celebrate with him. It was also great to see him celebrate with Scott Hall backstage. Such a feel good story after Ryder has been struggling to cement his place on WWE’s main roster for so many years.
Also, Ryder posted a great photo of himself as a kid with Razor Ramon. Years later and the roles have reversed:
