Here are my WWE Draft 2026 predictions. These are some random things that I think will happen during the next roster shake-up (when/ if it happens).

WWE Draft Predictions 2026
1) WWE Presents It More Like The NFL Draft
If WWE does do a draft in 2026, I think they will lean into making it more like what we see with the drafts from the major sports. That would mostly be the NFL but the NBA and NHL would also be influences.
I think they would use their current partnership with ESPN (who are huge on the NFL Draft) and try to brand it more like the NFL. I am talking about a red carpet for superstars, random talking heads and experts giving their opinions etc. They could also bring in some NFL draft personalities from ESPN to make it feel more legit.
There isn’t the same brand loyalty that WWE fans have as sports fans have for their favorite teams but I think they can give it a try and make it more fun.
This would be a fresh take as compared to what we have seen in the past.
2) Oba Femi Gets Selected First Overall To RAW
WWE is clearly booking Oba Femi as their next monster, which was made clear after he beat Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 42. Out of everyone on the roster right now, WWE seems to be booking him the strongest.
If WWE does a draft in 2026, Oba is the easy choice for first overall. In my opinion, this would further solidify him and let fans know that he is going to be a future World Champion and future main eventer.
3) Roman Reigns Gets Selected Second Overall To Smackdown
If Roman Reigns doesn’t get selected first overall, he will be picked second. I don’t see a scenario where he wouldn’t get picked in the top few choices.
Roman is still the company’s top star and he will be picked high.
They can also do a fun storyline where Roman is upset Oba was picked higher than him. Maybe they use that to set up a future match between them? My original choice was Summerslam but maybe that match happens at WrestleMania 43?
4) Rhea Ripley Gets Selected Third Overall To RAW
If it goes Oba first and then Roman second, WWE will choose a female talent in the third spot. My guess would be Rhea Ripley is that selection.
In my opinion, Rhea is still the top dog in the women’s division. I think she is the best overall talent and I would expect her to be picked first from the women’s division.
5) WWE Splits Up The Street Profits
A bit of a fun idea here but I am going to guess that WWE splits up the Street Profits .
Montez Ford is likely taking some time off after the birth of his child with Bianca BelAir. Maybe WWE splits them up and has Angelo Dawkins and Ford put on separate brands.
It gives Dawkins a chance to test it out as a singles guy when Ford is gone. It also keeps the door open to put them back together (without a big heel turn split or anything like that).
Selfishly, the real reason I am suggesting this is I want WWE to give Montez Ford a chance as a singles guy. I think he could really thrive and this would be the perfect scenario for it to happen.
