WWE Royal Rumble 2026 Predictions
4) Women’s Royal Rumble Match
The winner of this match will earn a Women’s Championship match at Wrestlemania 42.
I originally had Liv Morgan as my pick to win. I think she would be a great option but my gut says she isn’t going to win. I think Liv will be involved in a program with Roxanne Perez at Wrestlemania, so I don’t think she wins the Rumble match here.
I am going with Bianca Belair winning. This sets up Bianca Belair vs Jade Cargill, which is definitely a match that WWE is planning to do at some point.

3) AJ Styles vs Gunther
WWE has confirmed AJ Styles vs Gunther for this event. This will be a career threatening match, meaning if Styles loses, he has to retire.
I think Styles is going to lose here and officially retire. It makes sense since he made his WWE debut at the Royal Rumble, so he can now end his career at the Rumble.
Gunther is also starting a streak where he retires legends (like Goldberg and John Cena). So Styles would be another one to add to his list.

2) Drew McIntyre vs Sami Zayn
WWE has confirmed that Drew McIntyre will defend the Undisputed Title at this event. He will face off against Sami Zayn, who won the fatal four-way match at Saturday Night’s Main Event XLIII.
I don’t think Drew will drop the belt here. He is likely holding onto the title until Wrestlemania.
I am expecting Sami to get screwed over. I think they are saving Sami’s big moment for Wrestlemania.

1) Men’s Royal Rumble Match
The winner of this match will receive a World Championship match at Wrestlemania 42.
I am going with Roman Reigns as my pick.
That would set up CM Punk vs Roman Reigns for Wrestlemania.
