1) An Awesome Video Package Opened Smackdown 1000
This week’s episode of Smackdown Live kicked off with a great video package of some of the best moment in Smackdown history. This was a really great video package that brought back a lot of memories.

2) WWE Didn’t Bring Back The ‘Fist’ Set Design
I can’t lie, I was hoping for WWE to bring back the classic ‘fist’ set design for the episode. This is something that WWE fans have been asking for a long time now but hasn’t happened.
Seems like a missed opportunity.

3) The First Ever General Manager Of Smackdown Returned For The 1000th Episode
Stephanie McMahon appeared on Smackdown Live this week. She was a part of the opening segment with R-Truth and Carmella on ‘Truth TV’.
I actually completely forgot that she was the first-ever General Manager of Smackdown. I guess it is pretty cool that she made an appearance on the show.
