Jeff Hardy Reveals The Moves That He Won’t Do Anymore In WWE

Jeff Hardy was recently a guest on the Art of Wrestling podcast hosted by Colt Cabana. He spoke on a wide variety of topics about his wrestling career. One of the most interesting parts of the interview was when Jeff spoke about the moves that he won’t do anymore.

As many fans know, Jeff is one of the craziest individuals to ever lace up a pair of boots. He is willing to take some incredible bumps to entertain the fans.

So what moves won’t you see him doing in WWE? According to Jeff, he won’t do the Shooting Star Press or the 450 splash anymore after some bad experiences:

“I don’t do [the shooting star press] anymore, even the 450 splash. I was talking to Fénix at the show tonight and he’s not doing the 450 anymore because he kind of over-rotated and bummed his shoulder out and that’s the reason I stopped doing the 450 because I over-rotated and jacked my shoulder up. I thought I broke my collarbone or something, but those days are over, so I’ll stick with the Swanton [Bomb].”

Looks like even Jeff Hardy has his limits. We can only assume that Jeff still has some crazy bumps in mind for his WWE career.
