Update On What Started The Altercation Between Chris Jericho and Sin Cara

As we have noted prior, Sin Cara and Chris Jericho got into an altercation on WWE’s International tour. There were initially not many details, only that something did happen between the two. Both Sin Cara and Jericho have a history with backstage altercations in the past during their time with WWE.

Dave Meltzer posted an update on F4WOnline.com, reporting what happened. Apparently it happened on the bus ride from WWE’s show in Leeds, England, that was on the way to RAW in Glasgow.

The story goes that Sin Cara was making annoying sounds on the bus. When people told him to cut it out, he wouldn’t listen and continued. Jericho eventually piped in and told him to knock it off. Sin Cara responded by telling him to F*** off.

The two reportedly exchanged words with Sin Cara throwing the first punch. Other people on the bus ended up separating the two, with Jericho reportedly biting his finger during the commotion.

Sin Cara was kicked off the bus for starting the fight.

As noted prior, Jericho commented on the situation earlier in the day, refuting reports that he had been knocked out in the altercation:

Looks like we can’t crown either of these two as heavyweight champion of backstage fights just quite yet. Not good for Sin Cara.
