Naomi was forced to vacate the Smackdown Women’s Championship several weeks ago after suffering a legit injury at the Elimination Chamber PPV. Her status for Wrestlemania 33 has remained uncertain over the past few weeks as she continues to rehab her knee.
Alexa Bliss will be defending the Smackdown Women’s Title against any available woman on the Smackdown roster, leaving a return open-ended for Naomi at Wrestlemania.

Her dad, who is a musician in South Florida, might have spoiled the surprise of her return. When asked by a Naomi fan on Twitter about her return, he said that she will be back by Wrestlemania (it was quickly deleted):

He also revealed that Naomi suffered a legit sprained ACL:

If he is telling the truth, expect to see Naomi return at Wrestlemania 33 to compete in her hometown of Orlando. Would be a pretty nice moment if she was able to win her title back in her hometown.
