AJ Styles will be facing Shane McMahon at Wrestlemania 33 in one of the marquee matches of the event. Many fans expect AJ to defeat Shane in the match. Shane McMahon is not a full-time wrestler and doesn’t need the victory over AJ Styles.
So what is in store for AJ after Wrestlemania 33 and his match against Shane? If you are an AJ Styles fan, you will probably like the answer.
There are some rumors circulating that after Wrestlemania 33, AJ will be moving right back into the WWE Championship picture.
Regardless of who wins the WWE Championship match at Wrestlemania 33 between Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton, AJ is expected to feud with the winner for the title. WWE fans got to see a match between Randy and AJ Styles a few weeks ago on Smackdown Live, giving us a taste of what a long-term feud could be like. AJ Styles feuding with Bray Wyatt for the title would also be very entertaining for fans.

Rumors suggest that AJ would feud with either Orton or Wyatt for the next few months until the 2017 WWE draft splits the rosters up again. As we have noted prior, Vince McMahon is rumored to be very high on AJ and wants him on the RAW brand.
Regardless of who he faces, (most) fans will be happy to see him back in the title picture where he belongs.
