Next Appearance For Ronda Rousey In WWE (Spoiler Warning)

Ronda Rousey’s name has been a hot topic of conversation in the wrestling world over the past several weeks. There was a recent report from Fightful that suggested Rousey was interested in a pro-wrestling run and has been training. It also suggested that she had been referred by WWE to Brian Kendrick for her training.

We have some more rumors to share about Ronda’s next potential WWE appearance.

Warning: There are some Mae Young Classic spoilers below and if you haven’t spoiled it for yourself yet please don’t go any further on this page! We warned you.

According to Dave Meltzer in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter (subscribe here), WWE is very high on the Four Horsewomen (MMA) vs Four Horsewomen idea (WWE). We saw this teased at the Mae Young Classic taping where Ronda, Shayna Baszler, Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir were involved in a confrontation at ringside with Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch and Bayley (Sasha Banks was absent). Bayley was scheduled for a RAW live event that same night but was pulled in order to attend the taping for this confrontation. This will be shown when the Mae Young Classic is released later in August on the WWE Network.

According to Meltzer, the feeling backstage is that Ronda’s next appearance with WWE could be at the September 12th show in Las Vegas. This will be the live finale of the Mae Young Classic. Shayna Baszler is in the finals of the tournament.

Jessamyn Duke has apparently also started some pro-wrestling training. Pair that with Ronda training with Brian Kendrick and things are getting interesting in the wrestling rumor mill.

We will have to wait and see what happens. Ronda is teasing some big news on her website for the end of the Summer, maybe it will be WWE related?
