Prediction On The Summerslam Plans For Seth Rollins And Dean Ambrose

Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose proved this week on RAW that they still make one heck of a team. Ambrose and Rollins were able to win the handicap match against the Miz and his ‘Miztourage’. After the match it was clear that Dean is still not ready to completely forgive Seth for breaking up the Shield.

The Ambrose and Rollins storyline is one of the most compelling things on RAW at the moment (in our opinion). But where are we going next? Here is what we think will happen.

The most important thing to question is if the feud between the Miz, Seth and Dean is over. Ambrose and Rollins won the match pretty decisively this week and do we really need to see it again at Summerslam? The Miz is set to interview Jason Jordan on RAW next week, which could mean a new feud for the Miz moving forward.

If that is the case, what are the plans for Ambrose and Rollins? We think that Sheamus & Cesaro watching their match this week was a big tease for them getting a shot at the RAW Tag Team Championships.

If you look at the tag team division on RAW, it looks like the Hardy’s and the Revival are busy with one another. This has left Sheamus & Cesaro with no one to feud with. Unless WWE goes with a multi-person match at Summerslam, we could be seeing Ambrose and Rollins getting a shot at the belts.

It would be a compelling storyline. WWE can keep telling the story of the reconciliation between Dean and Seth. This also gives fans a big-time tag team match at Summerslam. Regardless if WWE plans to keep Rollins and Dean paired up long-term, giving them a tag team title match could be a big shot in the arm for the division.

Our prediction – Seth and Dean vs Sheamus and Cesaro at Summerslam for the RAW Tag Team Championships.
