8) Finn Balor Will Return

Finn Balor was injured at Summerslam during his match against Seth Rollins. He tore his labrum and was forced to vacate the WWE Universal Title.

Balor had surgery to repair his injured shoulder and is not expected to be back until late February or March. Based on WWE’s history, it wouldn’t surprise me if that number was misinformation and he was able to return at the 2017 Royal Rumble.

Imagine the pop if Finn were to enter in the number 30 spot. It makes for a pretty darn good story, Balor chasing the title that he never lost at Wrestlemania.

Balor has been adamant in interviews that he won’t be back until March. If we have learned anything over the past year, it is not to listen to what Finn Balor says as he loves to troll fans.

I think it would be an AWESOME moment if Balor was able to return and won the Rumble.
